Stayed for three nights with family in an apartment taken through booking (the owners / managers have many apartments in the immense structure and probably also additional structures). Experience which I would have given 3 stars: pro location and spacious apartment - con poor cleaning and lack of assistance, you can only communicate via Wa you never see anyone. A daughter becomes ill and the doctor suggests not moving and we therefore ask the property to be able to extend for a couple of nights. It is granted to us with a change of apartment: smaller, on the first floor in a very noisy situation, without passing through a tour operator and at a price substantially the same as the previous one. Obviously we accept and thank you because it still solves a problem for us. We move and the problems begin: the small apartment is dirty and therefore we ask for it to be cleaned, after a couple of hours a person in charge arrives to clean; In the evening after dinner I take a shower and the whole bathroom floods with dirty water and we realize that we can't use anything anymore (luckily the toilet remains). After spending two hours cleaning (it's 11pm), we start bombarding Wa with messages and phone calls and at night we receive messages that someone would come by in the morning. The morning doesn't come and no one calls and we have a sick daughter and no possibility of using water and the smell of sewage in the room. After much insistence they write to us that it is Shabbat and they will only be able to send someone around 11. At 11 no one shows up. At 1pm, two cleaners arrive instead of the plumber and, obviously, are unable to resolve the situation. We were then asked to move to another apartment 10 minutes away which would be available after two hours but, fortunately in the meantime, the concierge, who had also intervened, was able to unblock the drain. The owner finally answers us on the phone saying that he is at the seaside and doesn't have time to argue with us. Moral: if you decide to go to this facility anyway, hope you don't have any problems otherwise you will be left alone even if you pay what you owe and more.
