The room was big and had all the things I needed. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and the hotel is also near many famous local food spots. Overall, it was a good stay and really worth the price. I would stay here again!
This is a condominium building turns into a hotel (one block hotel another is the Imperium Condo). The room is spacious, it is a studio house - equipped with kitchen counter and island. Facilities are cool - large swimming pool with kids pool and playground. There is some vibes of a true hotel - mini refrigerator, TV, safe box etc. However, the most disappointing part is when I ordered in house dining, I expected they will serve in a plate, but it was NOT. They serve just like grab order (with hotel price of course!) Anyhow, it is still an enjoyable stay!
Only stayed one night at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan. The room came with only two pillows, and additional ones were charged at RM5 each. The room didn’t smell very fresh upon entering. No bedroom slippers were provided—I had to request them. The furniture was old and dated. The only plus was the sea view; everything else was just average. Reception staff were not very helpful and often had a “huh?” expression. Overall, I’d rate it 5/10.
