Room is clean, TV not a smart TV, location is in Sunset Road, close to airport, city center, Kuta and shopping center. Hotel staffs are kind and helpful. Breakfast menu quite is various and delicious. Room rate is not expensive, overall is great
Had a very good experience not only with the hotel service, but also with the food, which was absolutely delicious. They can even customize meals for Indian preferences. Once you visit this hotel, you'll be impressed — especially by Sri, waitress. She took great care of our food preferences and even offered helpful suggestions based on what we asked for. Overall, it was a totally satisfying and pleasant experience.
The hotel is not clean and when asked to change the towels they had just folded the same dirty towel that we kept on the floor. Stains on the towel, bedsheets, pillows, sofas. Mini fridge was a little dirty. One Treadmil wasn't working and the other one had uneven surface. Location is okay because it's easier to travel to the airport but wouldn't recommend this hotel.
