Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah

We had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Al Maqam. We stayed in Room 427, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A big thank you to the room service staff, Joynal and Sohal, who were fantastic throughout our visit. They were friendly, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent service truly made us feel at home. Overall, we had a great experience at Swissotel Al Maqam and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This hotel is amazing. It's super close to Masjid Al-Haram. The staff were very good and welcoming (Tala and Nihal). The resteraunt is brilliant, housekeeping staff were very helpful and do an exemplary job, they are readily available, we would definitely mention two people in particular. The 1st person is a housekeeping staff named Golam, he's a very hard worker and gave amazing service. He helped us a lot. The 2nd person is the supervisor by the name of Nifras, he was also great. Both of them had kept a smile on their face at all times, positivity shown in their faces, and both of them knew their job very well in addition to helping the guests. Rooms were neat and clean. Very tidy and all rooms were equipped with very comfortable beds. I stayed in Room 2629 which had a great view of Haram.

My experience was good but I was extremely annoyed at the first night because I booked a quad room but they provided a duo room and attached 2 more beds in that room, it was extremely frustrating. They asked for an extra 100 riyal for changing the room but they provided a new room next day which was actually a quad room. I love the hotel though it was really good and the location is great. The cleaning staff is kind and very helpful. Other than the minor inconvenience, my stay was great at this hotel.
