Exceptional Service Even Before Arrival We haven’t even arrived yet — and I already feel like we’re in good hands! From the moment I reached out to Swissôtel Damian Jasná, the service has been nothing short of outstanding. Milan, the reservation agent, went above and beyond to help us with every detail — from choosing the right room for our young family, to making sure our special requests were taken care of with kindness and efficiency. His responses were fast, warm, and thoughtful, and it’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality even before check-in. We’re so excited for our upcoming stay and already feel welcomed. A beautiful luxury hotel at the foot of Chopok mountain. The decor of the hotel at the highest level. Spacious comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Meals will satisfy the expectations of any guest. Spa area giving great relaxation, outdoor jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. I will certainly return here again.
Hotel is in great location surrounded by mountains offering beautiful walking trails. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were stunning, spacious, suitable for families. Overall one of the best stays we’ve had and we will definitely visit again!!!
