This has been one of the most amazing stays i have had till date. Each and every person is so helpful and so courteous. Service is above excellent. Antony from the concierge desk was so helpful and went out of his way to help us plan our sightseeing in Taipei. People at the garden kitchen are so helpful. Amazing stay.

This is a very nice hotel... however, there was one issue from our room that keeps it from a great one. First the good - the Executive Room, gym, pool and the common areas are fantastic. The staff is very courteous and efficient. Only nit would be to have longer hours for the evening happy hour and the gym. Beds were nice. The day bed was on point. The one thing that was an issue is the room design itself - specifically the bathroom. It has a sliding door, but was missing a wall. Yes. I don't know if it is a cultural thing, but there is no wall between the bathroom and the living/bed area. Not glass, drywall or anything solid. Only blinds. That you could put your hands through. And which are NOT sound proof. or smell proof. Not sure what the idea is behind this design.

Can't tell about rooms as I've had abusiness dinner. They had halal options as well as non halal. They had halal food but the service was bad in my opinion. They took a long to to serve and they served on disposable dishes. Not sure if it's normal on them but I didn't like it. It might be on the program management as well. Good for medium to large gatherings.
