Loved this hotel! So peaceful- yes it’s a little out of town, but a grab costs next to nothing! Swimming pool so tranquil next to the lake! Yes some construction going on at present, but it did not affect our stay and was probably my favourite place we visited in all of Vietnam. Lovely vibe and deluxe rooms lovely. Spa was also good and food and beverage v tasty.
Old style hotel in a beautiful setting. Lovely gardens, swimming pool, spa. Breakfast was nice and coffee was good. About a 10 minute taxi ride to town centre or 30 minute walk. Hotel bicycles are a great benefit.
Sadly we did not have a good experience here. The staff were very attentive and always helpful. Several issues with the room (broken privacy blinds, broken safe, mould in shower, sheets not clean). The breakfast was poor (low quality with flies all over the buffet). Seems to cater mostly to large tour parties. Quoted me d.400k for a car to the train station. A Grab cost me d.100k. The WiFi is poor. There was also a building site next door with construction noise. I’ve put this last because this is not within their control so not their fault.
