Comfortable Stay with Great Location & Service We’ve stayed at this hotel twice – once in December 2016 and again in June 2018. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities. The complimentary breakfast offers a good spread, and the food tastes great too. The hotel is conveniently located near MG Road and is easily accessible with just a 20-minute walk. They also arrange trips to Gurudongmar Lake and Yumthang Valley, which makes planning your itinerary easier.
One of the good hotels in Gangtok location is really great not far from Mg road, Food was good too. The only need for improvement is the services in my view otherwise overall stay was happy, it was a great stay with family.
We total 4 families visited here in May 2024 first week. If u wish to waste ur money plz do come here. They say it's 4 star hotel but It's zero star hotel. Poor & slow room service. Totally inexperienced staff. Hotel is so aged that water heaters, power sockets hv frequent issues. Food quality & service is pathetic. U hv to keep waiting for ordered food and even for morning breakfast which was complementary in our package. Don't get surprised if u get stale food in breakfast. Overall it was horrible experience. Not worthy for what u r paying.
