Tamarind Tree Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at Tamarind Tree, Tissamaharama. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the restaurant and reception staff were extremely friendly and caring. Special thanks to Manager Ruwan, who was kind, helpful, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. The meals were excellent. Although there was no buffet on the first day due to low occupancy, we didn’t feel any inconvenience — the staff prepared our selected meals from the menu very well and were flexible with small changes as needed. There was a minor issue with the intercom in our room, but they were transparent about it when we selected the room. We appreciated their honesty, and communication was smooth via mobile and WhatsApp. Room amenities like coffee, soap, and bottled water were replenished on time, and overall, the service was thoughtful and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and caring environment. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay enjoyable!
