Incredible! Fantastic smiling service, comfortable and very quiet rooms, delicious breakfast; the view was the standout and beautiful. We stayed for 3 days and would have loved to stay a week! The only thing is the parking was very difficult to find and the instructions were confusing which Google maps totally could not match up. It was our favourite hotel in all of Turkey!

The place was a dream!. I spent 2 nights and I'm still sorry that I didn't spend more time there. The hotel has a lovely location with a privileged view to the Mesopotamy region, the rooms were sparkly clean and good taste designed. They placed careful attention to every detail and of course Suzan's staff were super friendly, respectful and always willing to help with our questions (also with our heavy luggage!). I will always remember this place and I hope I can come back one day.

We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time.
