Room service was extremely poor. Even for a simple request like water, we had to wait for over an hour. The receptionists were also not attending phone calls. Room are good, but service 👎🏻
Service is awful. No laundry, no room service, door locks are dysfunctional and breakfast is mid tier. Stayed for a few days for business reasons and did not like it one moment. For the price they charge, the only thing good is the room.
Worst experience ever Room locks not working you have to call service guy to open the door. Stupid staff in kitchen Everyday same menu boil eggs and foul Saugy salads, canned food. Dont get fooled because of breakfast most of dishes remains empty when you ask them to refill they gets angry and gives you Stupid reaction. Rooms laundry super dirty. Dirty furnitures Old tv Old furniture Old air conditioning Never coming again Phone not working When you ask for refund they said 50% deduction. No grills on window for safety Labor staff very arrogant Pay better price and get Park inn 1000 times better than Tulip inn.
