Taurus Palace by Elevate Rooms

One of the best stays — 100%! The hotel accommodated our needs immediately and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious, neat, and very clean. My sleep was uninterrupted. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. We didn’t try the food since we were exploring Vancouver’s food scene, but they offered free shuttle service and arranged it right away when we checked in — such a nice touch! Highly appreciated and would definitely recommend. We will be back very soon ;)

Versante is my favorite hotel in Richmond, and I think I’ll always choose to stay here when traveling. Everything about it exudes luxury. You’re always greeted with great service; they even offer refreshments when you walk in and do their best to meet your needs. I appreciate the cleanliness, views, updated furniture aesthetic, etc. You even get your own Dyson. It tops any other AirBNB or hotel I’ve stayed at here, including River Rock, which used to be my family’s go-to but feels quite outdated nowadays. The location is convenient, not even a minute away from No. 3 road where all the lively restaurants and shops of Richmond are. The only downfall is that parking is paid by the meter in their garage. It’s quite annoying to keep up with if you’re in and out of the hotel and don’t want to pay for time you aren’t there. I’d like to mention Monica for being so kind and understanding! She went above and beyond what I would’ve expected to accommodate my scheduling restrictions. I couldn’t be happier with how she handled my situation. This is the epitome of 5 star.

Friendly and helpful staff greeted us as we entered the hotel. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views, especially of the mountains. Special extras in the room showed that everyone cared about your stay. The soaking tub and excellent shower combination made the bathroom a spa treatment. The modern lightning, tinting of windows, and cooling system you could adjust with the TV control made it a fun experience. A must-see is going up a modern curved stairway in the foyer to a gender free visitor bathroom that was amazing. Finally, Derek, a very friendly shuttle driver, drove us to the airport in a very clean and modern SUV. We will come back.
