William Lu and his team at the front desk have been excellent, professional and caring. He looked after us and offered to book our transport (train tickets) to Taipei airport. There is great communication in his team. From the moment we stepped to the door till when we left the hotel, we felt very well looked after. Rooms are very clean, Morden and light with lovely view. The service is much better than what we had in the intercontinental Kaohsiung. We should have come straight here and skipped Kaohsiung.

Warmest stay I’ve had at Crowne Plaza Tainan! The front desk lady went above and beyond to help arrange a better view and even let me enjoy the sauna while my new room was being prepared. Thoughtful, flexible, and truly heartwarming service. Only suggestion: please clean the view-facing glass so the scenery can shine.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful — really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great, with lots of tasty choices. Our room was comfy and surprisingly quiet, thanks to the good soundproofing. There’s also free parking, which was super convenient. Plus, it’s really close to all the Anping spots we wanted to check out. Totally recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tainan!
