Excellent facility. Firm beds and pillows for restful sleep. Nice covered walkway from lobby to rooms. Great food choices and covering. Manoj and rest of the food services were prompt and courteous. Only suggestion would be to have little bigger elevator, it just barely fits two people with one or two pieces of luggage.
Check in process was smooth. Every single person in the hotel had a pleasant and welcoming gesture with a smile. Host, security, guest services and all of them.! Location is great. Arrangements was great. Pool was great. The bar serves everything including Shisha as well.! They got in-house adventure consultant. Which makes things hassle free. Best part was I had to go early for an adventure activity where I reached the hotel around 10:00 am while the breakfast ends at 9:30. The hotel still kept us the breakfast despite of the timing. As for the food: I would recommend a wider and authentic spread for the breakfast. Other than that it was all great.!
Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was worth the stay. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and hospitable. It's so close to the main side of lakeside which makes it an awesomely located hotel....all in all, an amazing stay here..
