Contacted the winery through google to arrange a wine tasting and Piera quickly got back to me and we arranged a food and wine tasting at the agriturismo. The agriturismo, like the winery faces onto the Asinira gulf and has stunning views from La Ciaccia to Isola Rossa. The food was excellent and was themed "An aroma of wine" with all the dishes being cooked with their own wines incorporated. There was a lot of food! From local cheeses and a strudel with Radicchio, pecorino cheese and pine nuts to Carpaccio of beef with an Moscato onion topping. My favourite food was the risotto with the Cannanou reserve. The wines were served with the dinner (1 x Rose, 2 x Vermentino, 2 x Cannonou, 1 x Moscato) and the waitress (apologies I forget the name) was excellent and gave detailed descriptions of where the vineyards were. For example the contrast between the two vermentino's and the terroir - one from vines facing the sea, the other from vines near the river. One taking on the salt minerals, the other the river minerals. Same with the Cannonau. I could definitely taste the difference between them. The favourite wine was the last - Li Zinti - a moscato. For the price (€65) the evening was an absolute bargain. I rolled out of the restaurant and struggled to walk back the few km to Valledoria! I hope to return the next time I'm back in Sardinia.

Randomly visited the site today and was well taken care of. The experience was great, wines were lovely and the host super friendly. Prices are low for quality wine. Ended up bringing two bottles, would have bought more if we had room.
