Tepe Beach Hotel

The hotel has a wonderful view. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the 4th floor, and we loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our bed was also extremely comfortable. There are some issues with the staff. The lady at the reception desk was doing nothing but playing on her phone, fixing her hair, and hanging out. It was clear she wasn't here for work, but for show. We left her alone and tried to solve our own problems in the room. But the reception desk staff were attentive and helpful the following days. Breakfast was an open buffet. While it wasn't a very diverse buffet, it was sufficient, and we were satisfied. We also appreciated that the hotel had its own parking lot and beach. The location is very nice, but customer satisfaction would be increased if the staff and management-related issues were addressed.

Friends, we went just for the hotel's location after reading all the bad reviews. I wish we hadn't. We booked a four-person room on the phone. When we arrived, they told us the four-person room had been sold to someone else and they would give us a two-person room. They made the beds bigger by making a mess, but the room was already small, and it felt like a coop. There were no balconies, no tables or chairs, and filth everywhere. The bathroom drains wouldn't go through. I had to unclog it myself. We stayed for three days, and for two of the nights, there was no electricity. Apparently, the entire hotel didn't have a generator, so we were left in the dark. The breakfast area was invaded by cats, and there was cat hair everywhere. And when we left, I told them I didn't forgive them for charging for a four-person room and giving them a two-person room. But they've become so accustomed to this, they didn't even care. As you can see, they're no different from scammers. I'm saying this again: I don't forgive them.

I stayed in 2024. It was the worst vacation experience I've ever had. I was astonished to see the positive reviews. The hotel I tried to stay at with my family couldn't be the same as the one in the reviews. Aside from the view, we couldn't find any positive features. We all got dysentery. When we told them we wanted to leave because we were sick, a female attendant told us our money (8,000 TL) wouldn't be refunded, that we could get it in the coming months, and that we wouldn't be able to exercise our rights during the 2025 season. The bathroom was terrible. The dirty glasses in the hallway were still there when we left. It's free to try.
