Most rooms here are spacious, and they boast a full-windowpane view to the Pacific Ocean and the swimming pool on the ground floor right next to the coastline. Just as well, the lobby and the restaurant, where an enjoyable variety of breakfast dishes are served, offer a rousing scenery of the rocky bay, lapped by waves.
I stayed here with my husband back in January (Visiting from Canada, but he is originally from Antofagasta.) This is a beautiful hotel and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent as well. I love the buttons for housekeeping, the rooms were always cleaned well and none of our belongings were lost or taken during our stay. The safe is a decent size as well. Location is amazing, right beside the mall. Next time we visit I would love to stay here again!
Loud dance music blasting from hotel restaurant. Asked about turning down for guests trying to sleep. Front desk said music is turned off at midnight and they cannot do anything to stop. Absolutely unacceptable, will not extend visit.
