Tesoro Blu Hotel & Spa Adults Only

We thoroughly enjoyed this adults only hotel. The infinity swimming pool is the best on the island imo. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there is an omelette chef. Dinner and lunches were very tasty too. The staff were all incredible. The room was modern and more than enough for the 2 of us. Air conditioning and a balcony.

Love Kefalonia but a shock awaited us. Well haven’t actually arrived as yet. We have just found out the tourist tax has gone up vastly. Also the more stars your hotel is the higher the tax. It’s per person per night. This potentially is going to add another £70 to the cost of our holiday now. There is nothing about these costs when you book. We have come with tui. There needs to be more transparency on this. Imagine if you are a family of 5. This will definitely have a relevance on where we go from now on.

Absolutely faultless. Myself and my partner stayed for 1 week and did breakfast only (which we would highly recommend- can't really comment on the evening dinner as we chose to go out for dinner each night but the menu does look a bit unimaginative and we heard it doesn't change). Being totally honest, it is rare for me to stay in accommodation and not have a single complaint, but I simply could not fault this hotel. The staff are absolutely incredible, so attentive, and the resort itself is spotless - definitely one of the nicest in Skala. If you like a nice quiet place to relax during the day, and a nice 20 minute amble into a lovely town with fantastic restaurants at night, you will not be disappointed by staying here. Thank you, we loved every minute!
