Thang Loi Hotel

This hotel is very luxurious and Lake face ok. Good service, Supporting staff, good behaviour. Swimming pool is very clean and safety tools are available here. Time to time buffet services available where guests breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

the worst hostel I have ever stayed! We only booked it for luggage storage and shower between the tours and flights, so we didn't sleep there. But even that could not be provided as part of the essentials... The room is looking like a garage with only mattress (if you can call it so) in it. To make matters worse: shower does not work and barely provide hot water for a minute or two, the toilet is not reachable if you have broad shoulders. And to worsen it further - it has loose wiring hanging around the shower and is completely dirty and leaking into the room... It has very narrow stairs (spiral ones) and if you have luggage - it wilp be nightmare to carry it up to 5th or 6th floor.... They do cancel your booking online once you self check in, so you cannot leave actual review... photos on booking sites are inaccurate. wish I googled first... P.S. photos that I took look actually better than the place is .... Not worth asking price of 400k VND per night. Actually not worth anything!!!

Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. No one met us to check in. 8 guests at 3am and we had to find our own way to the room. Room was filthy and I mean filthy. Bugs, cockroaches and hair in the bedsheets on the floor. Underneath the beds we're disgusting a festering pit for bugs and disease. Shower was cold, rooms very noisy and the beds rock hard. I was meant to stay 4 nights I cancelled after 8 hours. Booking.com reviews are fake and the pictures so not match at all. When spoken to the owner he did not care about the service we received and just wanted us to pay. Honestly avoid at all costs. Terrible terrible terrible. Don't be fooled by the price you can get a better sleep on the street outside.
