The Address Boutique Hotel

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after 2 exhausting days flying from the US to Mauritius. Thankfully and beyond our expectations, our room was ready for us to fall into a deep sleep. We woke to the availability of restaurants on the hotel grounds and a nice area for walking.

I faced some challenges during my stay, but the hotel management handled them professionally and provided satisfactory solutions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile, which created a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. This place is perfect for relaxation and tranquility, and it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and restful vacation. A special thank you to all the staff for this wonderful experience, especially Mr. Kevin and the restaurant manager. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Our stay at The Address Boutique Hotel in Port Chambly was overall pleasant and offered great value for money. Location: The hotel is superbly located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful retreat. Plus, the Riche Terre Mall nearby is a great option for exploring various cuisines outside the hotel. Food: The food options within the hotel were good. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially considering it’s a 4-star hotel. The variety and delicacy could definitely be improved. Special mention to Mr. Joseph, who manages the breakfast service exceptionally well—he’s helpful, attentive, and ensures guests are well taken care of. Staff: The staff overall was outstanding, very friendly, and accommodating. Although, a minor slip—no welcome juice offered upon arrival! 😀 Room Experience: One concern was finding a lizard in my room just as I was checking out. It seemed like a routine matter for the staff, but it might have come through washroom vents, which could be better covered. Overall: Despite some minor issues, the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The serene location, good food, and great service made it a memorable experience. Definitely worth the price!
