I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They offer a great location on Golf Course Road, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. Some areas like room service and maintenance could use improvement. Overall, it’s a comfortable option for both business and leisure travelers visiting Gurgaon.
I could not sleep whole night, they had an outdated AC system, to cool the room faster i had put temperature to 16 and kept waiting kept changing setting whole night but temperature did not reduce...at the end at 3am I asked their maintenance and they told me a strange setting is there that at 16 the ac would lock and I should put 19, degrees, How the hell I would know ? No mention on this wall mounted instrument. There is no AC remote also....THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR, I consider it a 2 star property. My whole night is spoilt in this hotel
