The best resort in Nusa Dua probably, haven’t seen anything like that in the region. Enormous pool, they have 2-3 pools I believe, very nice sunbeds, cabanas, felt very private and comfortable. The food and drinks are great too! Plus they allow non hotel guests to come for a very reasonable min spend - 500k++, which is crazy for the resort of this level. We came back here 4 times during our vacation

This hotel is fantastic. The lobby is massive and beautiful, with great decor. Check-in took a little while, but we got a free drink and towel, which was nice. While waiting, we took photos at the spot overlooking the hill and sea, and the view was incredible. We got upgraded to a suite with a private pool, which made our stay even better. The pool was perfect for relaxing after using the hotel’s facilities all morning and afternoon. Breakfast was awesome, with lots of options and really good flavors, as good as Padma Hotel’s breakfast, one of the best. We stayed two nights, and the menu was mostly the same but had enough small changes to keep things fresh. The swimming pool is great, with plenty of chairs to chill in. It’s windy with a beautiful sea view, truly special. The kids’ pool was nice too, with two slides. The private beach is amazing, clean, with white sand, lots of chairs, and a nice breeze. We could order food and coconut, which made it even better. Honestly, no need to visit other Bali beaches, this one’s perfect. The staff were all super friendly, always smiling and greeting us. Overall, an awesome stay, and I’m excited to return soon!

We loved our stay at this hotel, especially the lagoon access room and the incredible experience at Koral Restaurant — both were definite highlights. However, we found that the hotel facilities, particularly the pool areas, lacked privacy and exclusivity for in-house guests. It often felt overcrowded due to the number of day visitors allowed access. The staff also seemed overwhelmed at times with non-staying guests, which impacted the service and overall atmosphere. While the hotel itself is beautiful, it started to feel more like a busy theme park than a relaxing resort. We truly hope the management reconsiders the balance between day visitors and the comfort of their staying guests.
