The Property is Nice and Clean however some policies are Weird, never have I ever experienced any hotel charging extra amount for a 1 pm check out. Even 5 stars don’t charge anything. They mention that 11 am is their check out time and we checked out at 12.30 - 1pm since we got delayed at the temple - however they made us pay extra for it. This was not a very pleasant experience as we checked in also late the previous evening. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience.

Location and rooms were good. But service was too lousy, they took lots of time even to bring tea and coffee, during the party they were taking lots of time to fill the emptied food containers during buffet and people had to wait for considerable time. Coffee sachets kept in rooms were so small and cups were so big that ,it would need 3 to 4 packets to make a proper coffee, but only 1 sachets was provided. Though hotel interiors were all glittery , service needs to level up.

The hotel is situated in a good place. Has comfortable rooms, with polite and friendly staff. The downside is the food which does not seem to be hygienic. My family has suffered food poisoning after having dinner here. The food options are very limited. So hotel needs to do a better job at maintaining hygiene. A very good stay was spoilt by something that could have been avoided. All of my family are suffering from a bad food poisoning since we returned from this stay.
