I recently had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. Spent 6 nights on a work related trip and had an extremely pleasant experience. As a Diamond member, the hotel offered everything I needed and a 10+ to the entire staff team who attended to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Location: bordering the center and old city, and in the midst of everything. A short walk to the old city, great restaurants, and the city center. Facility: great room, modern decor and latest charging options. Gym was great, offering an array of choices for the fitness enthusiast. Restaurant/Bar: great breakfast selection, turning into a cozy place to have a drink after a long day. The staff at the restaurant as well as lobby is super friendly, always smiling, very attentive and accommodated all my needs. The cleaning crew did a great job with the room in a daily basis. No issues conversing in English with everyone. A special shout out to Veronica, our hostess/bartender who was wonderful and always went above and beyond! The only suggestion would be to ensure there are fresh towels at the fitness center on a daily basis.
I enjoyed staying at this nice quiet location in the middle of old town. The stuff was friendly. The room was clean and overall experience was Super pleasant. Also was a nice pleasant surprise to have a washer and dryer in a room. as a diamond member. I truly appreciate the staff that took time to accommodate me here.
While there are many nice things about this hotel - as a Hilton diamond member I will not be recommending this property to anyone. I had one complaint, important from my position, and requested the reception to ask the hotel manager to call me to discuss the issue. I received neither a call or an email and think that this is a low quality of customer service to people who choose Hilton over other hotel groups. Loyalty need to be cherished - not disrespected
