Coco at the front desk was amazing! The rooms are outstanding and the staff were great throughout our stay. While the kitchen/food—especially the breakfast—could be improved to match the rest of the experience, everything else was so good that it still makes this one of the best properties we've experienced overall.

Staying here tonight and this hotel has been above and beyond! Got a fancy fruit plate and thank you letter and excellent service at check in. The renovations are fantastic, the parking and check in process were easy, and we’re looking forward to breakfast in the morning. We were bummed that Nineteen was made into an event venue as it was a favorite restaurant, but man what an awesome event venue- can’t blame them. The host at the Pergola during lunch let us go check it out, thanks for that! These rooms are huge, by the way- especially for a city hotel. This is just another reason to love the Hyatt brand! Keep up the great work!

The Bellevue is a nice, but dated hotel, which is one of the reasons I think it is a bit better priced than other 5 star hotels in the area. On the positive side, the room was nice and large, and the bed was comfortable. For the money, it felt like a real value. On the downside, the gym was a pain to get there (I had to take 3 elevators). The staff was also a bit hit or miss. Some of them were doing a great job, and others seemed to be on their phone or not even paying too much attention. It was a bit atypical for this kind of hotel. I did see the GM roaming around and he clearly cares about the guest experience, so I have high hopes for this place in the future.
