This hotel has a very good facilities. The ambience of the room is great. Breakfast was good also and had so many choices. Employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. One thing that was bothering me is hot water, you need some times to get it. But I will go back here next time!
Bellezza is perfect for us! Mas Isra and the crews at the reception is amazing, helpfull and understanding whats the guests want. Our 3rd time stayed there. Definitely will come back! Good job and see you soon! ( pict is the view from business suit at 9th floor )
planned on staying at their business suite, but upon arriving, I found big bloodstains on the bedding. The rest of the room wasn’t the tidiest either — the telephone was a bit oily (not sure why), the couch was dusty, and despite their “no smoking policy”, the hallway reeked of cigarettes 😣 I immediately booked another hotel after discovering these.
