The Cedar Lodge Hotel and Restaurant

Our family had a fantastic time at the Cedar Lodge Hotel. This place is a real gem in Co. Wexford. A visit to the nearby Carrickbyrne Hill Park and its memorial is a must. Surrounded by gorgeous nature, it’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Everything was well-maintained and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were amazing - always ready to help and extremely friendly. They made our stay extra special and ensured we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was a highlight. Delicious dishes made from local ingredients really showcased the best of Irish cuisine. There was plenty to choose from and everything we tried was excellent. In short, we loved our stay here and can't wait to come back. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Wexford.

I had a wonderful stay at The Cedar Lodge! I arrived in the evening and received a warm welcome from the owner. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the small touches like the electric blanket warming my bed before I arrived. I stayed for dinner and had the most delicious Dublin Bay prawn cocktail and great wines from South Africa. As I had an early ferry next morning the host got up early especially to prepare me a delicious breakfast and even gave me a newspaper for my ferry crossing. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

We spent one night at this gem of a hotel and our experience was first-rate. Our room was immaculate and the bathroom was sparkling. The hotel decor is stylish and elegant. The hotel has an attractive bar with a wood burning stove and this gives a nice warm ambience. The beautiful view of Carrigbyrne Hill and the surrounding landscape is worthy of mention. The staff were exemplary and did everything within their power to make us feel welcome. For breakfast we had the quintessential Irish breakfast which was scrumptious.
