Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioning in my original room wasn’t functioning properly, and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. However, Sophia and Dana at the front desk responded immediately with professionalism, genuine concern, and the utmost respect. They ensured that the issue was resolved without delay and promptly relocated me to a new room that was absolutely perfect. Thanks to their attentiveness and hospitality, the rest of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed for a business traveler. Phenomenal! My second stay here and I highly recommend it. The staff has all been wonderful. Especially the GM, Sean. He truly went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation, all the while showing tremendous kindness and professionalism. Like his staff, he clearly cares about not only the hotel, but also the guests. The hotel is beautiful. Love the bathroom counter space, the modern decor, the comfortable beds (I’m highly picky on this). We’ve walked to the White House from here. We’ve Ubered downtown and to Chevy Chase for very reasonable amounts. Great restaurants nearby and tons that deliver, including several Michelin guide recommendations. The vibe here is so pleasant and relaxing, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
