Great place to stay! Love the room - we got connecting room for 7 pax *3 kids. Near the station and got convenient store infront and side of the hotel. The view of our room isnt good but its okay since we got best deal for the price. You can always request for housekeeping | towels, Slippers, teas or coffees! Some staff are friendly.

Rooms: 1/5 Stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend from Jun. 20 to Jun. 24. The place looked great and the room looked nice. However, both my girlfriend and I experienced bed bug bites both during and after the stay. To this day, my girlfriend is still suffering from the itch caused by the bed bug bites. Service: 5/5 Service was good. The staff were friendly plus they can communicate fluently in English, which is great for tourists. Checking in and out of the hotel is quick and easy. The room service is also great. Location: 5/5 It's near the MTR so commuting from different places in HK is easy. It's also near great food spots so you'll never go hungry. Also, there's a bus stop just in front of the the hotel so you can take the bus easily. Giving it an overall rating of 2 because I'm terribly disappointed with the bed bug issue.

The room has a table but in areas that are so uncomfortable and the bathroom has no scent fan and the fridge was not cold at all and was super warm on the inside but its okay because a least the fruit didn’t go bad. The hotel appliances needs to be better. The shower was also super slippery. Some of the hotel staff were nice and one was not really good to us.
