At Cinnamon Restaurant, we were met with exceptional attentiveness and a warm welcome, ensuring our large group was always comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen team, led by Chef Kapil, went above and beyond to meet our dietary needs, especially with delicious and thoughtfully prepared vegetarian options that were customised when needed. Housekeeping, with the dedicated care of Ranjit, kept our rooms spotless, fresh, and fully stocked, all with a consistently positive and respectful attitude. The friendly service, attention to detail, and genuine care from Mathachan, Manoj, and Ajay made every dining experience a pleasure and added so much comfort to our stay. First and foremost I would like to thank Mr. Fayez for all the service, respect and follow-up he provided me from the time I entered the resort until I left it. It is a wonderful place for family, relaxation and peace of mind. It was a wonderful three-room villa that I enjoyed with the family and they loved it sincerely. It will be repeated of course.
