Rachel helped me and my daughter on short notice as we were let down were we should of stayed. So pleased we chose this hotel. Exceptionally clean through out the property. Comfy bed, ample tea and coffee available. Rachel is the perfect host. Thank you so much and will definitely stay again.
Stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel. The owners were so nice and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with toiletries and fresh towels provided. I had messaged the owner Rachel to ask regarding parking as they have 2 spaces available and I am disabled. Rachel saved a space for my car which was very much appreciated. It is a 5 minute walk from the Clock tower along Drummond Road and we heard no noise while there. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. Tea and coffee was provided and sweets and colour books and coloured pencils for children. Such a gem and will definitely be back at some stage. Lovely owners who couldn't be more helpful. Would recommend 👌
Just back from a lovely 3 night stay at The Cresswell Inn. Clean and tidy and great location into town centre, steady 10 minute walk. Great hostess in Rachel and was always asking if we required anything extra for our room each day. Thanks for a great stay Rachel and I'm sure we will both see you again xx PS I'll bring all my glazing tools next time for the front door 🤣🤣👌
