The Cruise Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay—room service was exceptional! Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The staff was courteous, professional, and always helpful. The room was spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay. Meals arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. Overall, a flawless experience—definitely a 10/10!

The hotel cooperates with Mood hotel to use the swimming pool, so you need to go to fourth floor of the hotel to use it. The room is not soundproofed and I can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly. The water pressure in the bathroom of shower is very low and it feels like it can't rinse cleanly. I stay in room 2544. The air conditioner cannot be turn on properly. When I turn it on, it stops after about a minute. I kept repeating and the situation does not improve. Breakfast is 👍 good. I like brewed coffee here. I like little patio in my room.👍 Walk 5 mins to the beach.👍

This used to be my favourite Pattaya hotel, but, to my mind, it has been ruined in recent years. There is nowhere to sunbathe and relax around the pool anymore. They even covered over the best pool to make an outdoor restaurant after the pandemic. The pool that remains has been geared up for children. It's noisy at times. Guests frequently ignore the no smoking signs. Sorry to say, it is now a shadow of its former glory. That said, if you are taking a family vacation with children, it probably ticks all the boxes for you. The beds are still comfortable, and the bedding is high quality. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet has myriad options to cater to all tastes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. I still spend the occasional night at the hotel, but it is no longer a vacation spot for me. The attached photo is from before they lost their way.
