5/5 experience, I loved the reception she’s so sweet and helpful, helped me and my sister when we were booking in, other than that the rooms are really good the food is decent, room service is a little slow but it’s fine, would recommend👍🏽

Rooms, location, and staff were fine. Restaurant food, both dinner and breakfast could have been better. But for the price, room setup, and bed, I'd stay there again next time in Najran
