Earth Hotel Amritsar — A Perfect Family Stay After 20 Years Our family of three adults recently stayed at Earth Hotel Amritsar, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for all of us. After being away from India for 20 years, returning felt like coming home — and this stay made it even more beautiful and memorable. The suite we stayed in was stunningly gorgeous — spacious, elegant, and so comfortable that we immediately felt at home. It was the perfect space for the three of us to relax and unwind. The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of Amritsar, making it easy for us to explore all the key sights whilst still enjoying a peaceful retreat when we returned. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. They thoughtfully catered for gluten-free requirements and were constantly ensuring everything was perfectly accommodated. What truly made our stay special was the incredible service. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Harjinder from room service was especially wonderful — attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. We would also like to thank the security team and every member of staff we met, who contributed to such a safe and caring environment. A very memorable moment was when the hotel surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our trip. The surroundings of the hotel are simply stunning, creating a serene and beautiful backdrop that enhanced the whole experience. All in all, Earth Hotel Amritsar was the perfect choice for our family getaway after two decades away. We left with happy hearts and can’t wait to return! Our stay at The Earth was outstanding from start to finish. The service was warm and professional, the rooms were elegant and spotless, and the amenities — including the pool, and restaurants — were top-notch. Also staff was polite and helpful especially the front desk. Every detail reflected true five-star quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Rooms were spacious and location wise one of the best, in heart of city yet very peaceful. Staffs need to be more trained and professional. On multiple accounts we faced issues but no service recovery. A part of property still under construction. Food was great.
