I don't think I'll ever find a hotel with this kind of service and price in the ocean view! It's recommended for swimming lovers to enjoy the swimming pool on the 40th floor! There is also a massage shop on the 6th floor, so it's so comfortable! I'll visit again next time when I come with Nha Trang. All the staff are kind, but the receptionist who helped me check out last time was so kind that I'm touched! It's nice to finish off the trip well
Super clean hotel, and the staff members are excellent, they supported our request of early check in which was so needed cause we got dropped off by bus from HCM at 5 in the morning. Of course the room view is incredible, and the location is just perfect and in the heart of the city. Definitely super recommended.
The elevator situation is bad. It’s always shoulder to shoulder. Sometimes with people who are still wet from the pool. Disgusting. They’ll see an elevator full of people and just wedge their soaked bodies right into you. The noise at night is LOUD. I have industrial 32db (highest rating available) and I can still hear it as if it was playing in my own room. The whole building shakes from it. That lasts from 11pm-3am in the morning. This place is a madhouse, not a place to relax. P.S. No matter what “shell” company you book through. It’s all the same building with the same elevators with the same noise problems. Empyrean will try (with low effort) to gaslight you into thinking otherwise. Only a low IQ person could think that problems universal to the building will be solved by booking with different “shell companies.” They “pad” their branding by making shell companies to book out their lower quality rooms. Mine, a king suite, had black mold. But I checked in at the Empyrean Desk and when I left this comment they identified my reservation and the “private” entity I booked through. Not very “private” it seems. Obviously they are one and the same operating through “shells.” In response to owners comment: How’s that for a revision? Maybe people on this side of the world buy your low effort and low IQ excuses and explanations, but not where I come from. Read a book…
