The Executive Inn

Great rooms, very clean, loved the minibar. Very comfortable furniture, and the room had everything we needed. Great lighting and good view. Very wonderful staff! We were also provided with what we requested, which we were very happy about! My issue was that their pillows were super super hard! I would say it was the hardest pillows I’ve came across in a hotel. I couldn’t sleep well throughout the night and kept waking up because of this. Next time, I’ll take my own pillows with me. The other issue was that I woke up to kids screaming their lungs out around the pool area in the morning! I couldn’t go back to sleep after this. There is no staff in the pool area to make sure the kids volume doesn’t go too high.

I would like to fully compliment your reception staff on 17/6. I think it was Ella. Room issue only with TV. Handled so professionally with change of room. Thank you. I come here 2nd monthly for work. No complaints, rooms are always clean and your reservation / reception staff are always amazing.

This is actually the most disgraceful hotel I've ever set foot in. The photos are entirely misleading, it's attached to a leagues club and looks like a bowling club throughout. The rooms are filthy to the point that we refused to stay. We were shown two room and both were disgusting. The first room had crusty white runs down the side of the bed frame, brown chunks and smears on the bathroom tap and a filthy shower. The second room had blood on the doona cover, grass and mud all over the floor, a broken toilet seat and a stinking shower. In both rooms no surfaces had even been wiped over with crumbs and powder/dust all over. The staff were lovely and apologetic but this place is actually unhygienic to the point of being unsafe to stay.
