Unforgettable Stay at The Fern Kochi! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Fern Kochi, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! Cleanliness and Comfort: The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — perfect for a restful night after a long day of exploring. Friendly Staff: The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made the stay feel special. Amenities and Services: The hotel’s pool and fitness center were top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day. The ambience throughout the hotel added to the relaxing atmosphere. I loved everything about this hotel — from the clean rooms and friendly staff to the peaceful vibe. It’s also great for families! I stayed at The Fern Ecotel Hotel for 6 days and had an exceptional experience. The food and service were both beyond par, with every meal being delicious and with a lot of variety. The hospitality stood out – everyone was smiling, warm, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff deserves special mention, right from the moment I arrived, they catered to all my requests efficiently and with a smile, making check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. The location is excellent, offering a soothing and calming environment away from the rush, and the entire property is beautifully done up with thoughtful aesthetics. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. Shoutout to the Chef who is serving magic on plates! Kudos to him and his team for the fantastic work! The catering team is a cherry on the top with their alacrity to serve and their smiling disposition!! All of them!! A great and happy team altogether! Visited this hotel with my husband and two kids, and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with good quality furniture and fittings. The breakfast buffet had excellent variety — something for everyone! What stood out the most was the hospitality. The entire property is beautifully maintained with lots of greenery, making it feel peaceful and refreshing. The front office and restaurant staff were especially caring — they even looked after our 1-year-old daughter while we enjoyed our meals. Every staff member greeted us warmly, and their attention to detail made our stay truly pleasant. We stayed for 2 days and had a great experience overall. Definitely planning to visit again. Totally value for money!
