It is truly a perfect getaway. Everything about this place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and handled with genuine care. You can immediately feel that the people here really love what they do, and that passion reflects in every detail—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the way the entire resort feels welcoming and peaceful. There are so many wonderful team members who go above and beyond every day, and while I wish I could mention each name individually, they are too many to list. Please know that I deeply appreciate all of you for your dedication and effort. Because of this, my family and I will always choose to return here often. A special thanks to Mohamed, whose help made it possible for us to extend our stay for one more night—his support truly made our trip even more enjoyable.

Where do I even start? The service was beyond amazing. I visited with my company, and there were quite a few of us. Despite having to check in over 100 people at the same time, we were all checked in within just 5 minutes. The lobby was so cozy and filled with positive energy, which set the tone for the entire stay. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always reaching out to check if we needed anything, often before we even had a chance to ask. They also made sure to explain all the services offered at the resort. Since it was July and the weather was extremely hot, they offered cold towels by the pool and at the beach, which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat. Although we didn’t arrive by car, the resort has a small supermarket that’s a bit far from the rooms. One night, we wanted to pick up some snacks and necessities around 10 pm, and even though the golf cart service normally stops at 7 pm, a staff member drove us there personally. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the staff and their exceptional customer service. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable

Good hotel - good dinner not the best breakfast. Rooms are good. Pool is good - sometimes might need some maintenance. Beach needs a car or a buggy to go to - but they have a “bar” that you can order from after 1pm or 2pm (not sure) but you can add it to the room bill. There is also a grocery store on your way there so you can stop in the middle and just get stuff. Beach is not one of the best but does the job .
