The Gaia Hotel Bandung

We had a great experience staying in the Gaia hotel. It is a very nice child and family oriented hotel to stay in. We love the service everyone provides. Friendly staff made everyone feel so welcomed.Truly a home away from home. We also love it that everyone took so much pride in their role, its the little details that really matters to us! Good job and hopefully we can return soon!

This is a somewhat late review, but Gaia Hotel Bandung deserves every bit of praise! My stay here was absolutely superb. The modern design, beautiful views, and impressive facilities (especially the pool areas!) truly make it stand out. What really makes Gaia shine, however, is the exceptional service from the staff – they are incredibly friendly and attentive. It's truly a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and a relaxing ambiance. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung!

I was looking for a good hotel in Bandung, and a friend recommended this place. When I asked her about the breakfast, she mentioned it wasn’t great. I decided to book anyway, hoping things had improved but unfortunately, the breakfast was still very disappointing. The variety was limited, and the taste didn’t meet expectations. What surprised me the most was when I asked for cream (liquid) for my coffee, the staff mentioned it would be an additional charge for cream. For a 5-star hotel, that felt unreasonable. The air conditioning also wasn’t working properly, we set it to 16°C, but the room never felt cool. My mom, who stayed in the room next to ours, experienced the same issue. That said, the service was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. The facilities were great too, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Special shout out to Ayub, who was very friendly and helpful. Overall, while the hospitality and facilities were commendable, the food experience brought the overall rating down. A great stay needs to be supported by great food unfortunately, that was missing this time.
