The Galata Hotel Istanbul MGallery Collection

We had an exceptional experience at the MGallery Galata Istanbul Hotel. The hotel itself is stunning - beautifully designed with a refined, elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re somewhere special. The location is absolutely ideal. It’s within walking distance to the historic Tunnel, metro, and tram lines, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. You can reach the iconic Galata Tower in just a few minutes on foot, and the surrounding area is full of charming streets, cafes, and local shops. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay - genuinely warm, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. Their hospitality added a very personal touch to the experience. Our room was immaculate and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that made waking up each morning a joy. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, elegance, and a prime location in the heart of Istanbul. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Galata! The location was perfect—close to all the charm and history of the area. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and truly luxurious, with spotless rooms and elegant details throughout. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It was the perfect blend of comfort, style, and service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The Hotel location is great and the rooms are amazing. The hotel however falls short on a few elements. - The details at check in lacked. We were not informed of the Rooftop bar, Gym or the breakfast times. - Breakfast really fell short. The coffee was constantly cold and the waiters never came to ask if my family or I would like a coffee or drink, This was over the duration of 5 days. - The gym should be closed. Its very small, stuffy and 1/3 of the equipment does not work. If this was a 3 or 4 star hotel, this would be forgivable but not a proclaimed 5 star hotel.
