Had a pleasant experience staying at this place. Located is really good. Walkable to the train. Cabs easily available. Besides a dockyard so a pleasant walk is good Was there during summer where sunlight was there till 9pm Hotel is spacious and nicely maintained.. morning breakfast options are great. Overall a pleasant experience and will stay again

Lovely hotel, great location for Events at the 3 Arena, spacious and modern, the bedroom was really well laid out, very spacious clean and comfortable apart from the pillows which are too hard for sleeping. Only issues myself and my daughter had was that our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait until nearly 5 O'Clock for the room and we were tired after travelling a long distance. However we went for dinner in the hotel and the food/service was very good. Nice vibe in the restaurant/bar which overlooks the promenade area by the Arena.

I wish we had saved our money and stayed at a cheaper hotel that only promised a bed in a room as this is what we got anyway. For a pretty pricey hotel, we expected at least some amenities, but the sauna and relaxation area we were looking forward to using "had a leak" and were not available at all during our stay. The hotel restaurant was fine; we tried the buffet breakfast and it was on par with other hotel breakfasts. The bar kitchen closed two hours earlier than what was listed online, so we could not eat a later dinner or even get food while we grabbed a drink at the end of the day. I wasn't expecting the height of luxury but the aesthetics were just bleak. The hotel sits on maybe a third or fourth floor, so you take huge escalators through a weird, empty space. It felt so odd, like you're hanging out in an abandoned shopping mall. The view from our room was a disused courtyard with a boardwalk full of broken planks. The front desk staff were nice, but there is no early check-in, and check-in time is pretty late (3 p.m.) They were friendly about storing our luggage until check-in. The room was clean apart from a mildewy kettle, but the design of the room was bizarre. There was a window between the bathroom and bedroom, and it was frosted so you could not see through it, but light definitely got through! I guess that's fine if you're staying in the hotel alone, but if there is another person trying to sleep, this means they get blasted with bright light aligned directly with their face whenever the bathroom light is turned on. The location is very good though and is walking distance to the arena, a grocery store, and the light rail. For people visiting Dublin and hoping to explore the city, I would recommend staying close to a Luas stop anywhere else.
