The Gilded Iguana Surf Hotel

The rooms are really clean, modern, comfortable, private and decorated Simply but to Perfection. There is a safe in the room and the refrigerator and no carpet which I absolutely love! The staff are Hospitality professionals. They have customer service down to a science. The location is the best! We could walk on foot to so many fabulous places including the beach, in town, shops, restaurants. I am an experienced traveler, Very particular and Rarelygive five stars to accommodations but this place is truly fantastic and deserving of every five star.

Our stay at The Gilded Iguana was truly exceptional. From the accommodations and facilities to the dining experience and, above all, the service. Every detail was impeccable. The professionalism and warmth of the staff made us feel completely at home. I would like to extend special thanks to Juan Manuel from Outfitters for his outstanding guidance and service. We felt SO welcomed the moment we arrived! The staff are super friendly and helpful (thank you, Francisco, for your kindness) and the amenities are incredible. The food and drinks we had during our stay were super tasty and the complimentary yoga classes were a treat! We highly recommend a stay at the Gilded Iguana and wish we had more days to enjoy this beautiful hotel and laid-back surf town in the jungle.
