Almost at the end of our week here and I can honestly say it's been great we have enjoyed very much. The hotel is in a great location and very relaxing, nice and clean, well maintained and the staff here are very good, friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and well kept and modern with great air conditioning,a mini fridge that works well, kettle and coffee machine and also electronic control pad by the bed and door that operates the lights and air conditioning. The pool area is very good although slightly small but not to small, plenty of loungers also on the grass looking out at the sea, never a problem getting a lounger for us although there are some towels down as usual. The food here has been lovely very tasty and fresh and the drinks are great, freshly made cocktails and iced coffees and local beer. The beach is also very nice with calm shallow water. There's also a few bars and restaurants a short walk away in the town that's definitely worth a visit,it's got a great vibe very relaxing and friendly we enjoyed it more than our visit to protaras strip . All in we have definitely enjoyed our stay here it's been great.

Best Hotel I've been to so far, the staff are so hard working and nice people to talk to, the food and drinks was amazing aswell as the views of the beach and the mountains in the North East of cyprus. The rooms need a bit of work to it as the first day I was there I had to move rooms because of the AC not working, this has also happened to others they were going to reception asking what to do but other than that the rooms were high tech, clean and I never had a problem with any bugs in the room. We've had a nice stay at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in July. The rooms we stayed in were recently renovated, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The sea water was warm and calm, which we really enjoyed. However, there were several aspects that left us very disappointed: • The food was extremely underwhelming. It lacked flavor, the quality of the ingredients was very poor, and breakfast in particular was unacceptable. Honestly, we’ve had far better food at hotels costing a third of the price. • Water policy: We received two small bottles of water upon arrival and were then told to refill them at a water dispenser (one per floor). It was frustrating, especially since it took around 10 minutes just to fill two bottles due to how slow it was. This is the first time we’ve encountered something like this in a hotel. • No air conditioning in common areas: The hallways had no air conditioning, which was unbearable in the heat. Even the reception area was not cooled in the evenings. • Pool bar hours: The pool bar closed at 6 PM, which is absurd for an all-inclusive hotel. The pool was still busy at that time, and guests obviously prefer ordering drinks there rather than walking back into the hotel in wet swimwear. • Hotel bar restrictions: The hotel bar was included in the all-inclusive package only until 11 PM. After that, you had to pay for drinks at the same bar, which we have never experienced in any other all-inclusive hotel. Overall, this is not a hotel I would return to or recommend. Many of these policies feel like cost-cutting measures, which is unacceptable considering we paid €2,650 for our stay. A real disappointment.
