We stayed at Golden Crest Hotel for 4 days and had a pleasant experience. The Executive and Premium rooms offer amazing views, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. The hotel is located about 2.5 km from MG Marg, but shared cabs are easily available, making commuting convenient. The in-house restaurant serves good pure vegetarian food, though the breakfast buffet has very limited options. It would be better if they included cut fruits and improved the South Indian dishes. Overall, it’s a decent stay with comfortable rooms and great views, ideal for those looking for a budget-friendly yet quality experience in Sikkim.

The hotel is great. It has parking space, nice beautiful rooms, great service and good food too. The views are not that special. The location is also around 2 km from MG Market so it’s hard to go there by walking. But the biggest issue was the Wifi. During the entire stay we had to struggle as their wifi was barely letting us search anything and we had no other solution too bcs the cell network were also bad. If someone is hoping to expect to get some office work done there please go somewhere else.

I was in Gangtok for four days, and 2 days I booked this hotel. The room was not clean, the staff here is very unprofessional, they do not help you with the luggage, they'll just watch you if you struggle with the luggage but won't come to help you. We have to call many times at the reception just to get simple stuff done (towels, slippers, water).
