A truly beautiful place with breathtaking views. The hotel is in an excellent location with expansive grounds. Everywhere you look, there are lush green spaces, flowing rivers, majestic mountains, and wide open skies. The room layout is smart and practical, offering both comfort and privacy. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended!

No matter how long the list of material shortcomings is, this hotel is only going to receive a 5-star review from me. Many other reviewers have used terms such as "serenity", "calm" or "peacefulness". They all go some way to point at the absolutely magical quality of the hotel. You leave your room in the morning and you are instantly enveloped by calm. It really is that powerful. Yeah, sure, the breakfast was underwhelming, the jam was cheap and awful, the rooms dated and badly in need of renovation, but take the time to sit and let the calmness wash over you. We only ever ventured out of the hotel after dark such was the draw of the place. Our first lunch on the terrace of the restaurant lasted five hours. We just couldn't pull ourselves away. A special mention to my employee of the year so far, Aiy. He exemplified the kindness and calmness of most local people we came into contact with in LBP. Not only was he thoughtful and efficient, but he was also extremely knowledgeable and kind. Someone needs to headhunt him to run training courses on service standards. He really was exceptional.

This is the best hotel in Luang Prabang situated next to Mekong river. The room has the best view of the river. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Food is AMAZING!! Service from staffs is good. Thank you GM Bella for taking care of us and put big effort to train her staffs. We will recommend to everyone
