I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Check-in was smooth and fast, and every interaction with the team was pleasant—they were always ready to help with a smile. The facilities here are truly impressive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. I also really appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design—it made the whole stay feel extra cozy and elegant. The amenities were excellent as well. From the fitness center to the restaurant and lounge area, everything was well-maintained and accessible. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it had a good variety and tasted great. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Whether you're traveling for business or vacation, I can confidently say this hotel offers great value and an outstanding guest experience. You absolutely have to try staying here at least once—it's totally worth it. Highly recommended, and I will surely come back again in the future!

went here with high expectations after reading online reviews, and it didn't disappoint. i booked schedule to use hotel facilities through ClassPass. although the gym was on the smaller side, it was well-maintained and clean. i had the pleasure of having the entire pool to myself - which was very nice! the highlight of my visit was the overall ambiance of the hotel (love the interior and the music!) and hospitality of the staff, especially from Mas Alfin (butler) and pak Heru (driver), who ensured that my needs were met eventhough i wasn't a staying guest. as the icing on the cake, the complementary gifts and free shuttle ensured that this won't be my last visit here 😊🙌 thank you so much for making my experience memorable!
