Great location, beatiful lobby and entryway. The service was excellent. A minor miscommunication with our room assignment but everything was made right. Rooms/ bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast food menu needs a complete revision. Transportation to the airport. Overall, great experience, will be staying here again!
I spent two nights here. The staff was very welcoming and professional. I had a free transport from the airport which was great. They had an amazing gym with full equipments. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The downsides were that rooms are a bit old , no air conditioning and only one lift working which is not ideal.
I stayed at this property for several days and was disappointed by the consistently unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the reception and staff. Despite making multiple efforts to communicate respectfully and understand the situation, I was met with rudeness and a lack of basic customer service standards. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this place. I will not be returning.
