The Grove Design Hotel

We selected the wrong room type while booking, however, upon request the room was changed by the hotel staff. The later room was quite good, the Mood room was very good. The hotel staffs are very friendly. It was my wife’s bday and they decorated the room in our absence for a beautiful surprise.

Average stay. Allowed for early check-in. Room is tiny. The hotel design is chic but the room itself is sort of worn-down. One key for the room was given. Charged for a couple of extra bottles of water. Friendly staff. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay for us. Unlike what is being said by other reviews. Yes, it is limited but they prepare everything fresh and it covers the breakfast basics really. Probably wouldn't stay again though and go somewhere closer to old town.

My husband and sons first vacation to beautiful Georgia. The Grove Hotel pics looked amazing so decided to go for it but once there they had a very bad experience. Unfriendly, rude and non cooperative reception staff. Tea served in Wine glass at breakfast. Breakfast standard was poor. Carpets, curtains, pillows, table, room walls had stains. At check out was demanded and had to pay exuberant amount of 207 laris for unwarranted claim for a stained tea kettle which was still in working condition. Room Air Conditioner was not working during my 4day trip. As the hotel situated on main road traffic noise was disturbing even at night. The entire vacation was spoilt because of the hotel stay. Would not recommend to anyone.
