Wonderful stay, beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. I appreciate reception staff cooperation, especially Donna, for their hospitality. As for breakfast, it had a variety of items and was of good quality. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed Taleb for his cooperation. One of my favourite hotels in the Middle East and this one always puts me in a good mood. I have dined here and had the pleasure of using their pool area as well as cafe. The service is spectacular and the vibes are 10/10. I usually check in on weekends and I have never experienced any negatives. The cafe on the rooftop and on the ground floor is must for anyone visiting the hotel. The winter periods are the best moments as well.

I had an amazing 2-day stay at this hotel — truly a memorable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Duna, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The entire team made me feel at home, and the level of service was exceptional. The highlight of my stay, though, was the food — the chef absolutely deserves a Michelin star! Every meal was a masterpiece, both in flavor and presentation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and top-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
