We had a great stay at this place. It was quiet, the rooms were clean, neat and nice and the bed was comfortable (had really good nights there). Potable water available in the room was a plus. The gentleman running the establishment was very kind and helpful. Double points for having good shampoo and hair conditioner, not some off brand 3in1 stuff. Location is perfect as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location, rooms and host. Especially liked the breakfast served in the room and the option to refil your coffee. Parking is somewhat tight but manageable. And there is no elevator so have to carry your stuff up four floors

The location is spot-on — just a short walk to the main attractions and some lovely spots by the river to sit and unwind. Breakfasts were a real treat: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the staff? Absolute top class — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Long story short: The Joseph isn’t just a place to stay. It’s an experience you’ll be comparing every future trip to!
